3) Ticketing & Orders
- Orders are offers to purchase; acceptance occurs upon confirmation and issuance of a ticket or QR code.
- We may limit, reject, or cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, availability issues, pricing errors).
- Tickets may be subject to venue rules, security checks, and event-specific terms.
- Unauthorised resale or transfer may invalidate tickets.
4) Pricing, Fees, and Taxes
Prices may change without notice before purchase confirmation. Taxes, booking fees, and payment charges may apply depending on your jurisdiction and payment method. Currency conversions and bank fees are your responsibility.
5) Refunds, Cancellations, and Changes
- Refund eligibility depends on event policies, applicable law, and force majeure conditions.
- If an event is postponed or cancelled, we will communicate next steps and options (refund, exchange, credit) where applicable.
- Chargebacks and payment disputes may result in account holds or cancellations.
6) Acceptable Use
- No misuse, scraping, reverse engineering, or interference with the Services.
- No uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, including malware or spam.
- Respect venue policies, ticket restrictions, and community standards.
7) Intellectual Property
The Services and all related content, trademarks, and logos are owned by Mind Father or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8) User Content
By submitting content to the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.
9) Third-Party Services
We may link to or integrate third-party services (e.g., payment processors). We are not responsible for third-party terms, privacy practices, or content.
10) Disclaimers

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mind Father and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
13) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thailand, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Where permitted, disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiations and may be subject to mediation or arbitration as required by local law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, legal or security reasons, or discontinuation of the Services.
